Our hydro-electric PSC 5PHE cattle crush is equipped with an electric lifting device, which allows for the trimming of hooves in an upright position without additional overstretching of the spine.

The entire crush along with a cow is raised to a height of 50 cm thanks to a hydraulic power unit while the rest is driven by an electric geared motor. Front lifts are sliding and equipped with an electric geared motor with a power of 180 W which lifts the legs of the animal. Hind legs are also lifted with the use of a geared motor with a power of 180 W and are attached to a specially designed rear gate. Lifts maintain a steady and secure position of a hoof when trimming. The frame is made of a durable steel construction and anti-slip floor made of riffled plate. All parts of the crush are zinc galvanized for maximum corrosion resistance.

The crush provides easy and secure access to the animal, locking it at the same time. The crush has 2 worm gears, which are actuated by gear motors with a power of 370W; also abdominal and chest belts as well as an accessory to hoist the cow by its rear groin to lift it off the ground.

Electric Cattle Crush

The cattle crush KPB-5PE has a locking rear entrance and a front latch exit where the head of the animal is secured. The frame is made of a durable steel construction and has an anti-slip floor made of rippled plate. All parts of the crush are zinc galvanized for maximum corrosion resistance.

The crush allows for easy and safe access to the animal, locking it in position at the same time. In the crush, we have an abdominal and chest belt, worm gear and electric drive systems which help to lift the animal’s legs. All this ensures a stable maintenance of the determined position of the raised leg while trimming the hoof.

In addition, the cage is equipped with an accessory to hoist the cow by its rear groin. The KPB-5PE crush is also equipped with three electric geared motors with power of 0.18 kW used to raise the legs and two electric geared motors with power of 0.37kW to raise the cows with the help of chest and abdominal belts or a groin chain.
